Private Tours
Fabyan Villa and Japanese Garden
2023 Tour Fees: Both the Fabyan Villa and Japanese Garden are available for private tours. The minimum group fee for groups of 1-10 is:
$150.00 for Fabyan Villa OR Japanese Garden only, OR:
$200 for both the Villa and Japanese Garden.
Private tours for larger groups are $20/person for both sites. To set up a private tour for your group please email fabyanvilla@ppfv.org.

Durant House & Sholes School
Private tours are available for school groups, community organizations, homeschool groups, the public, and families.
Group tours are specifically tailored to complement your group’s interests and are available by appointment. During the school year, preference for use of the school building is given to classes visiting from area schools.
